A mix of fresh blood, British oats and barley, British pork fat, onion and spices, our black pudding is incomparable to mass-produced, dried blood versions. Succulent and rich, we supply our pudding to some of the finest eateries in the land. Tom Aikens, Tom Kerridge, The Duck and Waffle and The Hawksmoor Group all use it.
To cook: Slice, remove outer skin, quickly grill or fry both sides to 'crozzle' making sure inside is piping hot.

To ensure maximum freshness our products are packaged in polystyrene boxes using reusable dry ice. This ensures the products remain cool throughout delivery.
For most parts of mainland UK*, we offer a courier delivery service every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Minimum order for delivery is £30.
*We charge a flat rate of £5.95 for a tracked delivery with APC and £2.95 for local deliveries *PE21 & PE20 postcodes.
*Please note we are unable to deliver to the Highlands and Scottish Isles.
