All of our sausage products are made using only the finest locally sourced ingredients, handmade and filled into natural casings, free from preservatives, additives, colourings and flavour enhancers.
The pork used, is British farm assured and sourced from BQAP approved producers. 'Outdoor reared' means the pigs were reared outside for around half their lives. During this time they won't necessarily have access to pasture, but will be kept in an outside pen. Throughout their lives they will have access to plenty of straw bedding. It also means the sows are not confined in sow stalls or farrowing crates and are kept free-range.
